Refund policy

Eligibility: Returns/exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong items only.
Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Process: Contact us on WhatsApp/SMS with order ID + photos within 3 days to initiate return.
Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless item was damaged/defective. Exchange shipping is free.
Refund: Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 working days after we receive the item.
